This position is responsible for creating an outstanding first impression while providing information to customers while over the phone and provide them with an overview of the resort as well as a comprehensive description of the room types that will fit their needs to increase our revenue.
The ideal candidate will have previous reservation experience and is familiar with working with a PBX.
If you have good communication skills; comfortable computer knowledge, want to be the team that helps our guests find the perfect room, and can work a flexible schedule, this could be the job for you!
