Experience:
A Director at (IJGA-BG) is an individual with a high level of experience in Junior Academies with the skills, passion and motivation to help young athletes develop, perform and achieve their full potential.
The candidate must have a holistic coaching philosophy and strive for proficiency in every aspect of golf and athletic development, including the physical, technical, mental and strategic elements.
An in depth knowledge / competence in areas such as Trackman, 3D, SwingCatalyst is a must along with proven results in developing players especially players of the elite calibre.
The candidate must have strong leadership competencies and be committed to the partnership ethos and culture of the organization.
They should enjoy working independently, with good attention to detail, and must be completely trustworthy in the quality, timeliness and implementation of work.

The mission of IJGA(BG) is to develop character, leadership and golfing ability in students through structured training in order to achieve autonomy in the game and life.

Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Golf Performance / Director of Golf Operations / Director of Golf Instruction and IJGA(BG) Golf Management Group, a fellow Director should embody the philosophy, culture and ethos of the academy.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Follow the mission, vision and values of IJGA(BG).
Abide by the policy and procedures of the IJGA(BG) Policies and Procedures Manuel (PPM).
Lead a team of golf coaches daily and be accountable for their Roles and Responsibilities.
Hold his or her students accountable for their own individual blueprint for improvement.
Be accountable for the weekly training and progression of his / her students' development.
Attend and contribute in the development and expansion of the IJGA Training Program.
Build rapport and collaboration with the golf team and staff to build a high-performance team.
Interact with existing and prospective parents as appropriate.
Create a customer experience that is fulfilling and fun.
Listen actively and communicate the academy's mission persuasively.
Understand the importance of providing an excellent experience for every student and family and the impact it has on the brand.
Provide golf content on a weekly basis for digital strategic plan.
Various Ad Hoc Projects.
